In the morning around 5 o'clock we see the sun rise through the mosquito net. The hypnotic cricket song gives way to birdsong. Strange exotic calls reverberate. Chaotic at first and then you hear a dance and even a structure in the chants. The morning spirit shows us the start of a new beginning. In the background you can hear the swirling 'Boiling river'. She never sleeps.

‘s Ochtens rond 5u zien we de zon opkomen doorheen het muggengaas. Het hypnotiserende krekelgezang maakt plaats voor vogelgezang. Vreemde exotische lokroepen weergalmen. Eerst chaotisch en vervolgens hoor je een dans en zelfs een structuur in de gezangen. De ochtendspirit toont ons de start van een nieuw begin. In de achtergrond hoor je de kolkende ‘Boiling river’. Zij slaapt nooit.
