Drolma, Is an ode to our initiator Ema'a Drolma Mata. She introduced us into the world of shamanism. The song starts with some live fragments from a ceremony with Ema'a. At first you hear Ema'a with her assistant Magali. Both are no longer among us in physical form, but we still feel them strongly. The work continues on another level. We always feel very supported by Ema'a and are still very grateful to her.
Om tare tuttare ture soha or 'the green Tara mantra' is an old mantra akin to Tara, the 'Mother of all Buddhas', and especially to her manifestation as Green Tara. Tara, who by Tibetans also called Dolma or Drolma, is generally considered a Bodhisattva or Buddha of compassion and action, a protector who comes to our aid to relieve us of physical, emotional and spiritual suffering.
Tara has 21 main shapes, each of which has a different colour and spiritual quality. Of these 21 forms there are two especially popular among Tibetans - White Tara, which is associated with compassion and longevity, and Green Tara, which is associated with enlightened activity and abundance.
