    This CD is an artistic creative representation and interpretation of our ceremonial icaro's (shamanic songs). When we play them live, they are brought acoustic and often with no more than our voices and a guitar. For this CD we amused ourselves by creatively improving the songs with spheres.

    This CD can also assist you in learning the lyrics and melodies, which is nice when you come to one of our concerts or singing circles, like a cacao ceremony. Together we join forces and bring light into every dark place. The tone in which the songs are played and written, is the same as the live acoustic versions.

This icaro is an Arcana. Arcanas are icaro's for protection. They help combat lowering thoughts and heavy energies.
The song starts in Hebrew with the calling of archangel Michael. In the second part of the song we sing about the flame in Dutch. The flame is also a symbol of Michael, he illuminates us inside. But at the same time, it also refers to your own divine spark. Our overstimulated senses search further and
further beyond ourselves for no matter what (the illusion of human evolution). We won’t find more than a temporary victory or a sense of happiness there. Everything is fleeting. One thing remains
forever and that is the divine flame that burns inside you, a divine universal spark that continues to burn life after life after death.
Michael is the conqueror of the dragon. The dragon of fear, the loneliness, the restlessness and the struggle. The time of being outside and sitting with or without sun is coming to an end. We go back in....literally and figuratively....that's the movement with the seasons. Going in is also processing with your inner strength whatever came to you from the outside. Harvesting! Autumn always brings big changes. Just look at nature. The beautiful autumn colours, the fruits, the ripe harvest can be seen. We collect our harvests for the coming winter. Archangel Michael was formerly honoured as the angel of autumn and the guardian of the fruits and grain. He is a symbol of strength and courage! The Michael feast is a harvest feast, and the feast of faith in the power of life, in the courage of man, gifted by the Light. Remember who you are: you are a powerful, loving and creative child of God. Your inner Divine light is pure and bright. Remember, that "love" is the most powerful force in the Universe, you are love, and this love always burns like an eternal flame in your heart.
