From Mayantuyaca, follow the river upstream for a few minutes until you come to a place where you can bathe. The water is only 40°C, an ideal time to relax, to bring comfort to your body, especially when the insects have got you down. A gentle yet effective spirit for healing. Vanaf Mayantuyaca, volg je de rivier enkele minuten stroomopwaarts, tot je op een plek komt waar je kan baden. Het water is er maar 40°C, een ideaal moment om tot rust te komen, om verzachting te brengen voor je lichaam, zeker als de insecten je flink te pakken hebben. Een zachte maar doeltreffende spirit voor genezing. Schoonmaken van lichaam en geest, noemt men in het sjamanisme:
