"Hovering the Realms" is like hovering through the different realms and feeling the connection between "everything". The spirit of the Chullachaqui is a guide and a teacher to teach us about"shapeshifting". This rainforest spirit protects the rainforest against intruders. He teaches the curandero (a) to communicate with the plant and animal kingdom.
The shaman lets go of his human form and shifts his consciousness to another vehicle; for example in the form of an animal.
This musical 3-part connects us with all kingdoms and their elements. The astral realm, the mineral realm, the viral realm, the vegetable realm, the animal realm, the human realm and the spiritual realm.
FLY HIGH THROUGH THE SKIES WITH THE CONDOR, DIVE DEEP INTO THE WATERS WITH THE SEA BEINGS AND LAND "GOOD" WITH THE FOUR-FOOTERS ON EARTH.
The 4th track is a "bonus track". Here we have removed the rhythmic part from the basic track (1). You can use this vibrational drum song to ground yourself after your trip. We definitely recommend listening to this song (not necessarily through headphones), if you listen to the 2nd song during the day and you want to activate yourself again.

You can follow the movement suggestion below or just shake it to sink into your body and shift energy.
Suggestion: Stand up straight, bend your knees slightly and turn your tailbone slightly forward (under you), giving you the feeling of sitting down. Let your hands and arms hang down. Rest your entire torso well in your pelvis. You can now start moving gently up and down. Use the rhythm of the music for this. You can double your own rhythmic movements to the music. Let the music flow through you. Your entire skeleton is like an antenna. During "shaking" you push your energy into the ground with every downward movement. And with every upward movement you take energy from the earth into your body. Connect with your totem animal, your tribal power and your ancestors.

‘Hovering the Realms’ is als zweven (hovering) doorheen de verschillende rijken en de verbinding voelen tussen ‘alles’. De spirit van de Chullachaqui is hierbij een gids en een teacher om ons te leren ‘shapeshiften’. Deze spirit uit het regenwoud beschermt het regenwoud tegen indringers. Hij leert de curandero(a) communiceren met het planten-en dierenrijk. De sjamaan laat zijn menselijke gedaante los en verplaatst zijn bewustzijn naar een ander voertuig; bijvoorbeeld in de gedaante van een dier.
Dit muzikaal 3-luik verbindt ons met alle rijken en hun elementen. Het astrale rijk, het minerale rijk, het virale rijk, het plantenrijk, het dierenrijk, het mensenrijk en het spirituele rijk.

Je kan eventueel de onderstaande bewegingssuggestie volgen of gewoon even lekker shaken om goed in je lichaam te zakken en te shiften van energie.
Suggestie: Zet je goed rechtop, buig lichtjes door de knieën en draai je staartbeentje een beetje naar voren (onder je door) waardoor je lichtelijk het gevoel krijgt te gaan zitten. Laat je handen en armen loshangen. Laat je hele romp goed rusten in je bekken. Je kan nu zachtjes op en neer beginnen bewegen. Gebruik hiervoor het ritme vd muziek. Je kan je eigen ritmische bewegingen verdubbelen op de muziek. Laat de muziek door je heen stromen. Je gehele skelet is als een antenne. Tijdens het ‘shaken’ duw je je energie met elke neerwaardse beweging in de grond. En bij elke opwaartse beweging neem je energie mee uit de aarde je lichaam in. Maak contact met jouw totemdier, jouw tribal power en jouw voorouders.
