    This CD is an artistic creative representation and interpretation of our ceremonial icaro's (shamanic songs). When we play them live, they are brought acoustic and often with no more than our voices and a guitar. For this CD we amused ourselves by creatively improving the songs with spheres.

    This CD can also assist you in learning the lyrics and melodies, which is nice when you come to one of our concerts or singing circles, like a cacao ceremony. Together we join forces and bring light into every dark place. The tone in which the songs are played and written, is the same as the live acoustic versions.

This is an old icaro evoking the spirits of already deceased doctors, curandos, Maestros, healers, shamans, etc. An icaro that opens a portal of healing, healing on all layers, physically to the deepest layers of
consciousness. During a ceremonial work, after purification and self-realization there will always be a
moment for 'healing'. The curandero(a) will at that time call the spirits of all 'doctors'; a collective word for healers. These can also be spirits such as Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, but also the spirit of an ancestor who was a doctor or healer. The song also invokes the spirits of some powerful plant teachers to act as medicine.
